    Name of Special Recruiting Program

    Please assist.

     

    I am seeking the name and basic info on the USN recruitment program of citizens of the Commonwealth of the Phillippines and later sovereign Phillippines involving recruitment for cook/galley type work.

     

    Believe the program was discontinued after the Vietnam War.

     

    Any and all info appreciated.
