Fowler, Chairman and CEO of The Chubb Institute, has 37 years' experience at The Chubb Corporation, where his professional tenure encompassed the roles of Senior Vice President, The Chubb Corporation; Vice Chairman, Chubb Life; Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Chubb & Son; and Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer, Chubb & Son. Serving as a senior executive in Operations, Marketing, Information Technology, and Human Resources, Mr. Fowler has established a reputation as an engaging, energetic, and empowering leader and a highly-effective mentor. He led and implemented talent management strategies and has guided successful executive team alignments and succession planning at the highest levels.
